W gminie Kościerzyna rozpoczynają się obchody 25-lecia samorządu
W gminie Kościerzyna rozpoczynają się dzisiaj trzydniowe obchody 25-lecia samorządu gminnego. Będzie uroczysta sesja, koncert dla mieszkańców i turniej Kół Gospodyń Wiejskich.
– Ostatnie 25 lat pozwoliły na dynamiczny rozwój terenów wiejskich – podsumowuje wójt Grzegorz Piechowski.
Gmina Kościerzyna powstała w wyniku rozdzielenia samorządu miasta i gminy. W 36 sołectwach mieszka łącznie 15,5 tysiąca osób. Przez ćwierć wieku gmina Kościerzyna m.in. wybudowała ponad 100 km dróg asfaltowych i 130 km sieci wodno-kanalizacyjnych. W intencji rozwoju gminy o 10:30 odprawiona zostanie dziś msza święta w kościele w Wielkim Klinczu, po niej w południe odbędzie się uroczysta sesja rady gminy – w tamtejszej hali widowiskowo – sportowej. Jutro z okazji jubileuszu wystąpią tam od godziny 18:00 After Party i Papa D., a w niedzielę od godziny 15:00 będzie można obejrzeć zmagania pań z Kół Gospodyń Wiejskich.
