W Kartuzach zamknięto dla ruchu ulicę Kolejową – w związku z powstającym przy dworcu węzłem integracyjnym.
– Na jego miejscu powstaje węzeł łączący komunikację kolejową, autobusową i rowerową – przypomina burmistrz Kartuz Grzegorz Gołuński.
Zakaz na cztery miesiące wprowadzono na odcinku od 3. Maja do Dworcowej. Trzeba tam m.in. wymienić kanalizację deszczową oraz instalacje techniczne. Ekipa budowlana pracuje od jesieni, stary budynek dworca został wyburzony. Ulica Kolejowa będzie zamknięta do końca czerwca – zakaz nie dotyczy mieszkańców pobliskich budynków i pojazdów używanych przez budowlańców. Pozostałym kierowcom pozostaje ulica Węglowa i fragment obwodnicy. Trasę zmienią też autobusy obsługujące linie do Sierakowic czy Przodkowa.
