Ponad milion złotych dla gdyńskich klubów sportowych
Ponad milion złotych dla gdyńskich klubów sportowych – to dotacja na pierwsze pół roku m.in. dla piłkarzy, żeglarzy i lekkoatletów.
Gdynia wspiera kluby sportowe od wielu lat. Środki finansowe pochodzące z dotacji pomagają w zakupie sprzętu, organizacji wyjazdów na zawody sportowe czy dofinansowaniu działalności. Milion złotych na to półrocze podzielono między 50 klubów. 270 tys zł otrzymało dziewięć klubów piłkarskich, 200 tys zł przyznano żeglarstwu, a 77 tys zł koszykówce. Na judo przeznaczono 70 tys zł, a po ok. 65 tys zł na gdyńskie kluby pływackie i piłki ręcznej. Wsparcie otrzymały również m.in.: lekkoatletyka, gimnastyka artystyczna, sporty walki, siatkówka, rugby, strzelectwo sportowe i tenis stołowy.
O wysokości dofinansowania decydowały przede wszystkim: atrakcyjność programowa oferty, w tym wymiar i cykliczność pozalekcyjnych zajęć szkoleniowych, liczba uczestników szkolenia oraz wyniki sportowe. Pełne zestawienie przyznanych dotacji znajduje się m.in. na stronie www.gdyniasport.pl.
