W Gdyni zakończono konsultacje gminnego programu rewitalizacji miasta
Ponad 180 uwag mieli gdynianie do wartego sto mln zł Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji miasta. Sugestie przyjmowano do piątku, był to ostatni szlif – konsultacje towarzyszyły tworzeniu planu rozwoju sześciu obszarów Gdyni, teraz opiniowano projekt.
– Najwięcej pytań i pomysłów padło podczas siedmiu otwartych spotkań – wyjaśnia Aleksandra Dylejko z gdyńskiego Laboratorium Innowacji Społecznych.
Będzie ono koordynowało rewitalizację w pięciu miejscach: na Chyloni, Witominie – Radiostacji, Babich Dołach, Oksywiu oraz tzw. Meksyku. Natomiast za Wzgórze Orlicz-Dreszera, czyli tzw. Pekin odpowiedzialny będzie Miejski Ośrodkowi Pomocy Społecznej. – Ponieważ ten teren w całości jest prywatny, a jego mieszkańcy stoją w obliczu eksmisji, opracowujemy dla nich plan osłonowy – tłumaczy wiceprezydent Gdyni Michał Guć. W ciągu najbliższych kilku lat Gdynia wyda 100 milionów złotych na Gminny Program Rewitalizacji. Prace inwestycyjne mają się rozpocząć już wiosną w Chyloni w rejonie ulic Zamenhoffa i Opata Hackiego.
