Po raz 14. wręczono Medale im. Matki Teresy z Kalkuty
Za pomoc osobom chorym i niepełnosprawnym w Kościerzynie po raz 14. wręczono Medale im. Matki Teresy z Kalkuty.
Uroczystość odbyła się tradycyjnie 11 lutego podczas Światowego Dnia Chorych. Medalem wyróżniono Fundację Wspólnoty Burego Misia, która od 25 lat prowadzi w Nowym Klinczu dom dla osób niepełnosprawnych. – Kolejne wyróżnienie za wytrwałość i opiekę nad chorymi rodzicami otrzymała Małgorzata Nakielska, a trzeci Medal trafił do Aldony i Mariusza Kupperów – zawodowej rodziny zastępczej – mówił Leszek Słomiński, przewodniczący Powiatowej Społecznej Rady ds. Osób Niepełnosprawnych. Podczas uroczystości wręczono również siedem dyplomów uznania i zaprezentowano działalność domów pomocy osobom niepełnosprawnym z powiatu kościerskiego.
