Strażnicy kontrolują kotłownie w Kościerzynie
Codziennie strażnicy miejscy w Kościerzynie otrzymują sygnały od mieszkańców o niebezpiecznych i ciemnych dymach, które wydobywają się z kominów ich sąsiadów.
Przyczyną tego jest przede wszystkim opał niskiej jakości i zły system rozpalania pieców. W Kościerzynie już po raz czwarty straż miejska przeprowadza kontrole kotłowni. Odbywają się one bez zapowiedzi, w godzinach od 6 do 22. W tym roku ich efektem jest jeden nałożony mandat i pięć upomnień. To dowód, że wzrasta świadomość mieszkańców miasta – mówi komendant Straży Miejskiej Tomasz Smuczyński. Za spalanie śmieci w piecach grozi mandat do 500 złotych. Kontrole w Kościerzynie potrwają do końca sezonu grzewczego.
