Kuchnia kaszubska w najlepszym wydaniu na FOOD-to-GO
Kuchnia kaszubska w najlepszym wydaniu – będzie tematem przewodnim siódmych Targów Wyposażenia i Produktów dla Gastronomii FOOD-to-GO. Odbędą się one 8 i 9 lutego w Gdańsku.
Dla pomorskich restauratorów to okazja do spotkania całej branży w jednym miejscu – czerpania inspiracji, nowych propozycji dań, nawiązywania kontaktów z producentami i dostawcami. Do tej pory targi kusiły możliwością poznawania kuchni z najdalszych zakątków świata, w tym roku motywem przewodnim będą kaszubskie smaki. Jednym z gości będzie Tomasz Fierke – znany szerszej publiczności jako „Kucharz z Kaszub”. Na swoim kanale w serwisie YouTube prezentuje tradycyjne potrawy, ale często w nowoczesnej odsłonie. Przyrządzi potrawkę z kurczaka, czyli FRÉKASË oraz pizzę po kaszubsku. Wyjątkowe przysmaki zaprezentują też Jola Słoma i Mirek Trymbulak, autorzy książek kucharskich oraz serii programów kulinarnych. Kolejną gwiazdą FOOD-to-GO będzie finalistka telewizyjnego show Master Chef – Klaudia Budny. Będą też cukiernicze, wielkanocne dekoracje inspirowane Kaszubami.
Do 3 lutego będzie otwarty formularz rejestracyjny na stronie internetowej wydarzenia – rejestracja uprawnia gości branżowych do bezpłatnego wstępu. Targi FOOD-to-Go odbędą się 8 i 9 lutego w Amber Expo w Gdańsku.
