W Rumi uruchamiają program budowy mieszkań komunalnych
Na początek powstanie jeden budynek, który pomieści do 30 lokali – w Rumi uruchamiają program budowy mieszkań komunalnych.
– Nowe powstaną przy skrzyżowaniu ulic Żwirki i Wigury oraz Reja, bo to teren który ma potencjał do dalszej rozbudowy – mówi sekretarz Miasta Rumia Ryszard Grychtoł.
Zakończono właśnie formalności, w najbliższych tygodniach samorząd ogłosi przetarg na wykonanie inwestycji oczekiwanej przez mieszkańców od 27 lat. Tyle minęło od oddania do użytku mieszkań komunalnych przy Stoczniowców. Ponad milion złotych na realizację inwestycji rumski samorząd pozyskał sprzedając lokale komunalne przy Stoczniowców obecnym użytkownikom. Do zakupu nowych mieszkań zgłosiło się już niemal 70 rodzin, bo szacowana cena za metr kwadratowy ma być atrakcyjna. Do nowych mieszkań komunalnych lokatorzy będą mogli się wprowadzić do końca 2018 roku. Pierwszeństwo będą miały osoby, które już mają mieszkania komunalne i utrzymują je w bardzo dobrym stanie oraz nie zalegają w płatnościach.
