Nieuczciwa firma wykorzystuje logo miasta Gdyni
Przed nieuczciwą firmą wykorzystującą logo miasta przestrzegają w Gdyni. Chodzi o spółkę AMFRHO Enterprise organizującej tzw. spotkania degustacyjne, będące w rzeczywistości pokazami sprzętu kulinarnego.
Odbywa się to zawsze w otoczce wielkiej wygranej i przy wykorzystaniu wszelkich chwytów socjotechniki. Jak ustalił Urząd Miasta pod koniec ubiegłego roku spółka zapraszała mieszkańców Gdańska na „tydzień włoskich specjałów w Polsce” używając przy tym logotypu miasta Gdyni. Znajdował się on na kopercie w miejscu, w którym umieszczany jest na przesyłce urzędowej. Dodatkowo został użyty zwrot „WAŻNE. Dla wszystkich mieszkańców”.
Użycie logotypu miasta uwiarygodnia działania spółki AMFRHO Enterprise. Prezydent Gdyni skierował do prokuratury zawiadomienie o popełnieniu przestępstwa. Jednocześnie miejski samorząd przestrzega i uczula osoby, które otrzymały takie zaproszenia, żeby nie wiązały ich w jakikolwiek sposób z ofertą Miasta Gdyni. Informacje o podobnych nadużyciach można przekazywać do Wydziału Komunikacji Społecznej i Informacji. Zostaną one przekazane do organów ścigania.
