Czy siedziba sądu rejonowego wróci do Kościerzyny?
Jest szansa, że do końca tego roku siedziba sądu rejonowego wróci do Kościerzyny. Sejm pracuje nad ponowną nowelizacją prawa. Jak donosi Rzeczpospolita – PSL porozumiał się w tej sprawie z PO. Przypomnijmy, że zamieszanie wywołało przed rokiem rozporządzenie ówczesnego ministra sprawiedliwości Jarosława Gowina. Jego decyzją zlikwidowano 79 sądów, w których pracowało najmniej sędziów na etacie. Decyzja spotkała się z protestami środowisk sędziowskich, a także samorządowców. Niedawno nową propozycję w tej sprawie złożył prezydent. Według jego projektu ustawy – przywrócone mają być sądy, na których terenie działania mieszka co najmniej 60 tysięcy mieszkańców, a sąd rocznie rozpatruje więcej niż 7 tysięcy spraw. Jednak PSL przeforsował niższe kryteria – 50 tysięcy ludzi i minimum 5 tysięcy spraw. Kościerzyna jest na pierwszym miejscu na liście sądów do przywrócenia – mówi burmistrz Kościerzyny Zdzisław Czucha. Nad projektem pracuje w sejmie specjalna podkomisja. Głosowanie ma się odbyć jeszcze w tym roku.
