Oddali do użytku ciąg ulic łączący Dębogórską z wojewódzką nr 100
W Rumi oddano do użytku wyremontowany ciąg ulic łączący Dębogórską z drogą wojewódzką nr 100. Inwestycję zrealizował powiat wejherowski przy dofinansowaniu z tzw. „schetynówek”. Mowa o skrzyżowaniu ulic Rodziewiczówny, Jaworskiego i Targowej.
– Istotnym, bo pozwalającym na odciążenie dwóch często zakorkowanych rond w mieście – mówi burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny.
Pierwotny projekt zakładał utwardzenie drogi kostką brukową. Ostatecznie dzięki oszczędnościom przetargowym skrzyżowanie także skanalizowano i zainstalowano oświetlenie. – W przyszłym roku w Rumi planowane są kolejne inwestycje z Programu Rozwoju Gminnej i Powiatowej Infrastruktury Drogowej – mówi wejherowski wicestarosta, Witold Reclaff. Modernizacja skrzyżowania ulic Rodziewiczówny, Jaworskiego i Targowej w Rumi kosztowała ponad milion złotych. Połowa tej kwoty pochodziła ze schetynówek, drugą wyłożyło wejherowskie starostwo powiatowe.
