„Zakątek zabawy” powstał w Gdyni na Wzgórzu św. Maksymiliana
W Gdyni na Wzgórzu św. Maksymiliana powstał „Zakątek zabawy”. Plac zabaw zbudowano w ramach drugiej edycji Budżetu Obywatelskiego. Jest 22 ukończoną inwestycją z 40, które mieszkańcy Gdyni wybrali w głosowaniu.
„Zakątek zabawy” jest uzupełnieniem infrastruktury skweru Sue Ryder u zbiegu ulicy Legionów i alei Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego. Były tam już skatepark i siłownia zewnętrzna, teraz są też: piaskownica, zestaw zabawowy, huśtawki, karuzela i bujak. Do tego kilka rodzajów nawierzchni – wszystko w sumie kosztowało 224 tys. złotych.
Na finiszu są też kolejne projekty z drugiej edycji budżetu obywatelskiego. To m.in. Plac Sportów Miejskich oraz plac zabaw na Obłużu, Łączka Merdających Ogonków, czyli wybieg dla psów na Oksywiu. Przy ul. Kopernika na Płycie Redłowskiej kończy się budowa Street Workout Parku.
