W Gdyni kończą prace nad Gminnym Programem Rewitalizacji
W Gdyni kończą prace nad Gminnym Programem Rewitalizacji. Intensywne działania w najbliższych miesiącach i latach mają zostać przeprowadzone w sześciu obszarach. To tereny, które nie rozwijają się równomiernie z resztą miasta, czyli Babie Doły, Meksyk, Pekin, obszar Zamenhofa-Opata Hackiego oraz część Witomina i Oksywia.
– Założenia planu rewitalizacji będą oparte m.in. na wynikach badań przeprowadzonych w ramach panelu obywatelskiego, spacerów badawczych i spotkań z mieszkańcami – opisuje wiceprezydent Gdyni Michał Guć.
Zmienić postrzeganie najbliższego sąsiedztwa mają planowane inwestycje – jak budowa ulic i placu zabaw w tzw. Meksyku. Potrzeba też nowej oferty na spędzanie wolnego czasu. Publikacja założeń gdyńskiego Programu Rewitalizacji planowana jest na przełom grudnia i stycznia. Mieszkańcy Gdyni będą go mogli ocenić w konsultacjach społecznych.
