Zbiórka krwi pod hasłem „Władek dla Agnieszki”
„UŻYCZ TROCHĘ KRWI, TO NIE BOLI, A POMOŻE WIELU OSOBOM””!!! Tak krwiodawcy z Władysławowa zachęcają do przyłączenia się do ich sobotniej akcji.
Zbiórka odbędzie się pod hasłem „Władek dla Agnieszki”. Pomóc może każda, pełnoletnia osoba, która cieszy się dobrym zdrowiem. Warto się wcześniej dobrze wyspać, zjeść lekki posiłek i wykluczyć z diety tłuszcze pochodzenia zwierzęcego – mleko, masło, kiełbasę, jajka – a także orzeszki ziemne. 2 godziny przed oddaniem krwi obowiązuje zakaz palenia, a już dzień wcześniej nie wolno pić alkoholu.
Zbiórka we Władysławowie odbędzie się 10 grudnia w Szkole Podstawowej nr 2. Rejestracja od 08:30 do 11:30. Zabierzcie ze sobą dowód z numerem PESEL.
