Muzeum Piaśnickie powstaje w Wejherowie
Krzewić pamięć o tragicznych wydarzeniach w Piaśnicy i zaprezentować dorobek osób, które zostały tam zamordowane – to cel Muzeum Piaśnickiego powstającego w Wejherowie.
Mija prawie rok o powołania placówki, która ma upowszechniać wiedzę o jednym z pierwszych miejsc masowych egzekucji podczas drugiej wojny światowej. W toku są prace badawcze, historyczna Villa Musica jest przygotowywana do generalnego remontu, który pozwoli na otwarcie wystawy stałej i organizację wydarzeń kulturalnych. – Jednocześnie placówka już zaistniała w internecie – poprzez swoją oficjalną witrynę i pierwszy ze zrealizowanych filmów – mówiła dziś w audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby dyrektor placówki Teresa Patsidis. Powstać ma także komiks, po to by z przekazem o wymordowaniu przez hitlerowców pomorskiej inteligencji, duchowieństwa i działaczy społecznych dotrzeć także do młodego odbiorcy. Muzeum Piaśnickie nadal apeluje o dzielenie się pamiątkami, które pozwolą zaprezentować dorobek życiowy osób pomordowanych w piaśnickich lasach.
