27 mln złotych trafi do miasta i gminy Kościerzyna na inwestycje
27 mln zł na rewitalizację kościerskiego dworca PKP i stworzenie węzła integracyjnego pozyskały wspólnie miasto i gmina Kościerzyna. To jeden z największych unijnych projektów, który będzie tam realizowany do 2020 roku.
– Stworzymy tam centrum komunikacyjne w mieście – zapowiada burmistrz Michał Majewski.
W jego ramach zmodernizowany zostanie niszczejący dzisiaj budynek dworca, a wokół niego powstanie duży parking na blisko 300 miejsc postojowych. Samorządy zakupią też 10 małych autobusów, które będą dowoziły pasażerów do węzła integracyjnego. – Powstanie także sieć ścieżek rowerowych na terenie gminy Kościerzyna – podkreśla wójt Grzegorz Piechowski. Całkowita wartość projektu to blisko 36 mln złotych, z czego 85 procent pokryje unijne dofinansowanie. Umowa z Urzędem Marszałkowskim w tej sprawie ma być podpisana w grudniu.
