Tradycyjna zieleń i kaszubskie ogrody w Muzeum Etnograficznym
Talpuny, georginie, leszczyny czy lipy – taka tradycyjna zieleń kaszubska pojawiła się przy starych chatach w Muzeum Etnograficznym we Wdzydzach Kiszewskich. Na projekt odnowienia zabytkowych ogrodów skansen pozyskał 100 tysięcy złotych z Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku.
Dokonano nasadzeń drzew i krzewów, w tym głównie cisów, brzęków, a także lip, klonów i leszczyny. Założono też wokół chat warzywniki i ogrody ziołowe. Miały one głównie znaczenie praktyczne, ale i estetyczne – opowiada koordynator projektu dr Tadeusz Sadkowski. Nowe ogrody i tradycyjną zieleń podziwiać można w Muzeum Etnograficznym we Wdzydzach w sezonie jesienno – zimowym: w weekendy od godziny 10:00 do 15:00.
