Gdynia włącza się w rządowy program Mieszkanie+
Około 500. mieszkań na wynajem może w najbliższym czasie powstać w Gdyni w ramach rządowego programu Mieszkanie Plus. Władze miasta podpisały list intencyjny w tej sprawie z BGK Nieruchomości.
To spółka zależna Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego odpowiedzialna za pilotażową realizację programu Mieszkanie Plus. W jego ramach powstawać mają tanie mieszkania na wynajem – mają być budowane na zasadach rynkowych, bez angażowania pieniędzy podatników. Pilotaż uruchomiono w połowie października, wtedy na Pomorzu przystąpiły do niego Pelplin i Starogard Gdański. Teraz w tym gronie znalazła się Gdynia. Na wskazanej przez samorząd działce, wielkości ponad 7 hektarów, może powstać około 500 mieszkań na wynajem. Jak informuje Urząd Miasta wstępnie brane są pod uwagę dwa duże tereny w północnych dzielnicach Gdyni.
Podpisane porozumienie jest wstępem do przeprowadzenia szczegółowych analiz. Zawarcie ostatecznej umowy inwestycyjnej uzależnione jest od uzyskania pozytywnej oceny ekonomicznej i prawnej.
