Docieplą i zmodernizują budynki użyteczności publicznej
Średnio o 20 ton zmniejszy się emisja dwutlenku węgla do atmosfery w powiecie kartuskim. Ma być to możliwe dzięki termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej.
– Prace potrwają do 2018 roku – informuje starosta kartuski Janina Kwiecień.
Do remontu są: Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie w Kartuzach, Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno – Wychowawczy w Żukowie, Dom Pomocy Społecznej w Kobysewie jego filia w Sulęczynie oraz szpital. Audyty energetyczne sporządzone dla każdego z budynków wykazały niską efektywność energetyczną i potrzebę przeprowadzenia pilnych prac obejmujących docieplenie, modernizację instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, wymianę źródeł ciepła.
Wartość projektu wynosi ponad 3 mln zł, z czego 85 procent tej kwoty pokryje unijne dofinansowanie.
