Komisariat Policji Gdynia Witomino zmieni siedzibę
Najprawdopodobniej w 2018 roku zostanie otwarta nowa siedziba Komisariatu Policji Gdynia Witomino. Zapadła właśnie decyzja o jego budowie, prace mają ruszyć w przyszłym roku. Miasto Gdynia do inwestycji dołoży milion złotych oraz działkę.
Nowy komisariat ma poprawić warunki pracy policjantów i obsługi mieszkańców. Całkowity koszt budowy szacuje się na około 8 milionów złotych, ale dokładną sumę określą jeszcze powstające właśnie plany finansowe oraz przyszłoroczne przetargi. Inwestycja została wpisana i zatwierdzona do realizacji w ramach planu inwestycyjnego Komendy Głównej Policji na lata 2017-18. Miasto Gdynia przeznaczy na ten cel milion złotych oraz działkę w dzielnicy Chwarzno-Wiczlino. Nowy komisariat ma się mieścić przy ulicy Staniszewskiego.
