To już prawdziwa walka o budżet obywatelski w Kościerzynie
Na wniosek grupy radnych dzisiaj w tej sprawie odbędzie się nadzwyczajna sesja rady miasta.
– Formuły nie udało się jednak ustalić, więc budżetu obywatelskiego w przyszłym roku nie będzie – mówi burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Od trzech lat miasto na budżet obywatelski przeznaczało około 400 tysięcy złotych, które dzielone były na inwestycje realizowane w 21. okręgach wyborczych. Zdaniem burmistrza ta formuła nie sprawdziła się, a na inną nie było zgody radnych. Zamiast dwudziestu małych inwestycji Michał Majewski proponował realizację kilku większych zadań o wartości do 150. tysięcy złotych. Na likwidację budżetu obywatelskiego nie zgadza się grupa ośmiu radnych, którzy wnioskowali o zwołanie dzisiejszej nadzwyczajne sesji rady miasta. – Proponujemy przywrócenie budżetu w dotychczasowej formie – mówi radna Katarzyna Knopik. Nadzwyczajna sesja rady miasta w Kościerzynie w sprawie budżetu obywatelskiego odbędzie się dzisiaj o o godzinie 18:00.
