Przemoc coraz dotkliwszym problemem w rodzinach
Przemoc coraz dotkliwszym problemem w rodzinach. W Kościerzynie – tylko w tym roku – odnotowano 35 takich przypadków. Miejscowy MOPS aby im pomóc realizuje program „Obnażyć zło. SOS dla rodzin”. W przypadku uzasadnionego podejrzenia przemocy w rodzinie otrzymuje ona tak zwaną „Niebieską kartę”. Do rozpoczęcia tej procedury upoważniona jest policja, MOPS, szkoła, służba zdrowia a także gminne komisje alkoholowe. W Karcie odnotowywane są zgłoszone interwencje i przestępstwa związane z przemocą. To coraz poważniejszy problem – mówi Rafał Mikołajczyk z Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Kościerzynie. W ramach programu „SOS dla rodzin” MOPS w Kościerzynie organizuje szkolenia dotyczące niebieskich kart dla policji, szkół i służby zdrowia. Rodziny dotknięte przemocą mogą również skorzystać z pomocy psychologa i grupy wsparcia, która działa przy Miejskim Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej w Kościerzynie.
