Stacja Kultura w Rumi obchodzi drugie urodziny
Lawinowo wzrosła liczba czytelników, na koncie jest też kilka nagród – w tym w międzynarodowym konkursie na najpiękniejszą bibliotekę. Stacja Kultura w Rumi działa już dwa lata.
– To był strzał w dziesiątkę. – Już w pierwszym roku liczba czytelników wzrosła o 50 procent, a tendencja wzrostowa ciągle się utrzymuje – mówiła dziś w audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby Anna Chlewicka ze Stacji Kultura.
Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna dwa lata temu przeniosła się do przystosowanego na jej potrzeby budynku dworca kolejowego w Rumi. Do biblioteki częściej przychodzą mieszkańcy Rumi, zaglądają tu też pasażerowie SKM i turyści odwiedzający Małe Trójmiasto Kaszubskie. W ostatnim tygodniu przybyło kolejnych stu czytelników – dzięki rozpoczętej akcji „Książka na start” skierowanej do najmłodszych. Rozmowy o najnowszej promocji czytelnictwa w Rumi i dwuletniego działania Stacji Kultura posłuchać można na radiokaszebe.pl.
