Lekarka ze szpitala w Kartuzach z zarzutami za narażenie na bezpośrednie niebezpieczeństwo utraty życia. Postawiono je w związku ze śmiercią 5-letniego Kacpra.
Ponad rok temu, w kwietniu, chłopiec trafił ze skierowaniem do kartuskiego szpitala. Dyżurująca na Szpitalnym Oddziale Ratunkowym lekarz pediatra zbadała go i odesłała do domu. Następnego dnia stan dziecka gwałtownie się pogorszył, Kacpra przewieziono do Szpitala Wojewódzkiego w Gdańsku – gdzie jednak nie zdołano go uratować. Śledczy zajęli się sprawą na wniosek rodziców 5-latka. Lekarce postawiono już zarzuty związane z narażeniem na bezpośrednie niebezpieczeństwo utraty życia. Podejrzana nie przyznaje się do winy, grozi jej od 3 miesięcy do 5 lat więzienia.
