Absolutorium dla burmistrza Kościerzyny zgodnie z prawem
Absolutorium dla burmistrza Kościerzyny zostało uchwalone zgodnie z prawem – uznały służby wojewody i Regionalna Izba Obrachunkowa. To odpowiedź na zaskarżenie uchwały, które złożyła grupa radnych z Komisji Rewizyjnej Rady Miasta.
Przypomnijmy, że w czerwcu Komisja wnioskowała o nieudzielenie absolutorium burmistrzowi Michałowi Majewskiemu. Mimo to, na wniosek przewodniczącej rady miasta radni przyjęli przeciwny wniosek, udzielając burmistrzowi poparcia. Zdaniem części radnych było to złamanie ustawy o samorządzie gminnym – mówi radna Katarzyna Knopik. Regionalna Izba Obrachunkowa od początku pozytywnie oceniała wykonanie kościerskiego budżetu. Za udzieleniem Michałowi Majewskiemu absolutorium głosowało 13 radnych, 2 było przeciwnych.
