W Kościerzynie trwa Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej
Zasmakuj regionu – pod tym hasłem w Kościerzynie już po raz trzeci zorganizowano Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej. Do 21 sierpnia w 10 restauracjach będzie można spróbować regionalnych dań i wygrać atrakcyjne nagrody.
W menu znajdziemy m.in. popularne na Kaszubach sztãpóny bùlwë z maslônką czy pùlczi ze slédzã, ale też specjały z gęsiny, kaczki oraz ryb z kaszubskich jezior. Po skosztowaniu dań, każdy będzie miał szansę wygrać cenne nagrody – mówi Ewa Chmielecka z Urzędu Miasta. Lista restauracji biorących udział w Tygodniu Kuchni Kaszubskiej dostępna jest na stronie internetowej Urzędu Miasta.
