W Kościerzynie zapraszają na „Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej”
W Kościerzynie zapraszają od poniedziałku smakoszy – na „Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej”.
To trzecia już edycja wakacyjnej akcji, która ma promować kaszubskie specjały i wzbogacić przy tym ofertę turystyczną miasta. Menu na tę okazję przygotowały kościerskie restauracje, ale coś na ząb z tradycyjnej kuchni będzie też w barach. W akcję włącza się również tutejsza piekarnia – cukiernia. Od 15. do 21. sierpnia można się wybrać do Kościerzyny na zupę z brukwi na gęsinie, czerninę z suszoną gruszką, udko z gęsi na modrej kapuście. Będą też pierogi i oczywiście ruchanki – te placuszki były przebojem ubiegłorocznej edycji. Najwyżej ocenili je goście, którzy w ubiegłym roku wypełnili ankietę po skosztowaniu specjałów przygotowanych na „Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej”. Wzorem poprzednich dwóch lat także i teraz do wypełnienia będzie formularz, a wśród osób które podzielą się swoją opinią rozlosowane zostaną nagrody.
Promocyjne kaszubskie menu na przyszły tydzień już można znaleźć na stronie internetowej miasta Kościerzyna.
