Na sportowo będą świętować dzień patrona Rumi
W Rumi na sportowo będą świętować dzień patrona miasta Św. Jana Bosko – 15 sierpnia na nowym boisku Salos.
– Ma z niego korzystać głównie młodzież szkolna, ale w grafik treningów wpisują się też chętnie lokalne kluby – mówi Joanna Król z rumskiego MOKSiR.
Będą to pierwsze takie uroczystości w mieście, Św. Jan Bosko został patronem Rumi na początku tego roku. Jego imię otrzyma w poniedziałek nowe boisko Salos. Wielofunkcyjny obiekt przy ulicy Bukowej oddano do użytku w czerwcu. O wznowieniu turnieju organizatorzy będą informować na festynie w dzień patrona miasta. Zachętą mogą być zawody, które tego dnia rozegrają uczniowie z podstawówek i gimnazjów, odbędzie się też mecz księża kontra samorządowcy. W programie także atrakcje dla rodzin. W Rumi dzień patrona miasta Św. Jana Bosko świętować będą 15 sierpnia od 13:45 na boisku przy Bukowej. Obchody poprzedzi w południe uroczyste złożenie kwiatów pod pomnikiem Żołnierzy Armii Krajowej i msza święta w kościele pod wezwaniem Podwyższenia Krzyża Świętego.
