Jastarnicy nie dali szans turystom na Dniach Węgorza
Gospodarze z Jastarni byli bezkonkurencyjni w każdej dziedzinie – nie dali szans letnikom w konkursach na Dniach Węgorza.
Ze 114-tu osób które przystąpiły do flagowej konkurencji tego festynu, czyli próby złapania węgorza goła ręką, zaledwie kilka odniosło sukces. Pierwszym któremu ta sztuka się udała, był oczywiście mieszkaniec Jastarni. Burmistrz tego miasta, Tyberiusz Narkowicz zaleca jednak, by nie brać rywalizacji zbyt poważnie, bo istotą imprezy jest dobra zabawa i zaznajomienie przyjezdnych z rybacką tradycją. Widowiskową konkurencją na jastarnickich Dniach Węgorza było przeciąganie kutra. Z sześciu startujących drużyn najszybciej 65 tonową łódź do brzegu przyholowała drużyna Franciszka Hintzke.
