W Kartuzach zakończono modernizację ulicy Sędzickiego
W Kartuzach zakończono prace przy budowie parkingu obok kolegiaty. Gotowa jest też modernizacja ulicy Sędzickiego. Trwają odbiory techniczne obu inwestycji. Plac przy kolegiacie wyłożono kostką.
Do dyspozycji będzie tam 45 miejsc parkingowych, w tym 3 dla pojazdów osób niepełnosprawnych. Ma być otwarty 15 sierpnia, po uzyskaniu pozwolenia na użytkowanie – informuje Urząd Miejski w Kartuzach. Kierowcy jeżdżą już natomiast gruntownie przebudowaną ulicą Sędzickiego. To jeden z newralgicznych ciągów komunikacyjnych miasta – jedna z tzw. „małych obwodnic”.
Wykonawca zgodził się otworzyć ulicę dla ruchu kołowego, choć jeszcze nie oddano jej oficjalnie do użytku. Remont Sędzickiego kosztował ponad 800 tys. zł. Przed wymianą nawierzchni z betonowych płyt na asfaltową przebudowano tam sieć wodociągową, wykonano też kanalizację deszczową.
