„Waśluper” i „Klo” wygrały regaty w Chałupach
Mierząca ponad 8 metrów pomeranka “Waśluper” najszybciej pokonała trasę między chałupskim szperkiem a przystanią jachtową. W kategorii poniżej ośmiu metrów tytuł obroniła “Klo” z Piotrem Strukiem za sterem – to wynik 38 regat „Kaszëbsczé Bôtë Pòd Żôglama” w Chałupach.
– Pikanterii imprezie dodaje też sportowa rywalizacja – mówi Tomasz Hermann z oddziału Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego we Władysławowie, współorganizator wydarzenia.
Na wody Zatoki Puckiej wypłynęło łącznie 14 załóg. Unikatowe zawody zainicjowane przez znanego szkutnika, Aleksandra Celarka przyciągają nie tylko Kaszubów – w tym roku obok reprezentantów Chałup, Jastarni czy Pucka już po raz drugi za sterami usiedli żeglarze ze Słupska. Zwycięzców obydwu kategorii wyłoniono po niemal trzech godzinach zmagań. Dla turystów „Kaszëbsczé Bôtë Pòd Żôglama” to jedna z niewielu okazji żeby zobaczyć łódki, których nie spotkają w innych częściach naszego kontynentu. Dla Kaszubów to ważny element pielęgnacji rybackiej tradycji. Równolegle z regatami na brzegu odbył się tradycyjny festyn – były m.in pokazy rzemiosła i rękodzieła, konkurs wyplatania lin. Zabawę zakończył występ gwiazdy wieczoru, Cleo.
