Umowa o pracę to podstawa – informuje PIP

Przed wakacjami inspektorzy informowali studentów gdańskiej politechniki i uczniów szkół hotelarsko – gastronomicznych o ich prawach. Oprócz młodych ludzi wkraczających na rynek pracy inspektorzy przeszkolili przed latem przedsiębiorców prowadzących punkty gastronomiczne w miejscowościach turystycznych. Według nowych przepisów pracodawca musi w pierwszym dniu podpisać z pracownikiem umowę o pracę. Warto też zabiegać o spisanie umowy – zlecenia czy o dzieło. Bezpłatną poradę można uzyskać w punktach otwieranych w wakacje przez Okręgowy Inspektorat Pracy w Gdańsku. Taki punkt do jutra ma działać w Gdyńskim Centrum Wspierania Przedsiębiorczości. 29 i 30 lipca ma być otwarty we Władysławowie przy skwerze Abrahama oraz w pierwszym tygodniu sierpnia w Gdańsku – w siedzibie Okręgowego Inspektoratu Pracy oraz w Centrum Pracy Krótkoterminowej.
