Nalewka z kwiatów czarnego bzu przygotowana przez Teresę Pytka z Dzierżążna zwyciężyła w konkursie nalewkarskim przygotowanym przez Muzeum Kaszubskie w Kartuzach.
– Festiwal Nalewki Kaszubskiej zorganizowano po raz pierwszy, jego celem jest pielęgnowanie starych tradycji – mówi dyrektor muzeum Barbara Kąkol.
Drugie miejsce zajęła nalewka z truskawki, a trzecie Kartuzjanka – przygotowana według sekretnej receptury. Do konkursu na Festiwal Nalewki Kaszubskiej zgłoszono ponad 40 trunków m.in. z truskawek, malin, jarzębiny, koniczyny, dyni i pigwy. Każda pomocna na inną dolegliwość. Aby przygotować zwycięską nalewkę z czarnego bzu należy przygotować syrop z wody i cukru, zalać nim kwiaty czarnego bzu, dodać sok z jednej cytryny. Mieszać codziennie drewniana łyżką. Wywar odcedzić i dolać spirytusu. Nalewka powinna leżakować przynajmniej pół roku.
