W Chmielnie rozpoczyna się dwudniowy Festiwal Truskawek Kaszubskich – dziś konferencja, jutro impreza plenerowa z gotowaniem rekordowej zupy.
– Będzie jej można spróbować, tak samo jak kaszubskich truskawek prosto z krzaczka podczas konferencji jej poświęconej, jednym z tematów będzie procedura rejestracji produktów i potraw regionalnych – opisuje Edyta Klasa, dyrektor Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Chmielnie.
Święto „Kaszëbsczi malene” jest tam organizowane po raz pierwszy, jedną z atrakcji będzie gotowanie na rekord. 200 kg truskawek trafi do kotła, w którym powstanie 300 litrów zupy. Zapraszał Jarosław Kłodziński – właściciel ogromnego kotła, w którym powstanie rekordowa zupa truskawkowa.
Dziś w Chmielnie pierwszy dzień festiwalu i konferencja, jutro natomiast nad jeziorem Kłodno od godziny 11:00 impreza plenerowa „Truskawkowo – Malenowo”. Program dostępny jest na stronie internetowej wydarzenia.
