Towar bez akcyzy przechwyciła w Gdyni Straż Graniczna
Towar bez akcyzy za ponad 50 tysięcy zł przechwyciła w Gdyni Straż Graniczna.
W sumie było to 86 litrów spirytusu, prawie 40 kilogramów tytoniu oraz przeszło 1 tys. 300 paczek papierosów bez polskich znaków skarbowych. Część z nich mundurowi znaleźli po przeszukaniu volkswagena, część w mieszkaniu kierowcy. 33-letni mieszkaniec Gdyni przyznał się do posiadania ujawnionych przedmiotów.
W sprawie wszczęto postępowanie przygotowawcze. Wkrótce mężczyźnie zostanie postawiony zarzut posiadania i przewożenia wyrobów akcyzowych zagrożony karą wysokiej grzywny – informuje Morski Oddział Straży Granicznej na swojej stronie internetowej.
