Jubileusz partnerstwa z Niemcami i Góralami w powiecie kościerskim
Jubileusz partnerstwa z Niemcami i Góralami świętowano w powiecie kościerskim. Władze trzech zaprzyjaźnionych samorządów podpisały ponowne umowy o współpracy.
– Dzięki temu lepiej się poznajemy i eliminujemy wzajemne uprzedzenia – podkreślała w Kościerzynie Kirsten Frundt, starosta Okręgu Marburg – Biedenkopf.
Powiat kościerski, najdłużej, bo już od 15 lat współpracuje z okręgiem Marburg – Biedenkopf z zachodniej części Niemiec. Od 10 lat trwa też kaszubsko – góralskie partnerstwo z powiatem nowotarskim. W ramach współpracy odbywają się wymiany młodzieży, a także spotkania organizacji pozarządowych i straży pożarnych. Mówiła starosta kościerski Alicja Żurawska. Z okazji jubileuszu odbył się też Festiwal Tańca, na którym wystąpiły zespoły kaszubskie i góralskie.
