Strażnicy miejscy z ekopatrolu uratowali sarenkę
Strażnicy z ekopatrolu uratowali sarenkę, która uciekała przed agresywnymi psem w Gdyni-Cisowej. W związku z częstymi interwencjami w sprawie biegających samotnie psów i aby ograniczyć ilość podobnych zdarzeń, Straż Miejska zapowiada zwiększone kontrole.
Sarna wybiegła z lasu, gdzie dopadł ją pies puszczony luzem, bez kagańca i nadzoru właściciela. O zdarzeniu ekopatrol powiadomiła starsza pani, która wpuściła zwierzę na swoją posesję i tym samym uratowała je przed groźnym psem. Strażnicy przewieźli sarnę do lecznicy, gdzie opatrzono jej rany i podano antybiotyk. Teraz dochodzi do zdrowia w jednej z leśniczówek. Od początku roku strażnicy interweniowali ponad 220 razy w przypadku psów błąkających się samopas, bez nadzoru właścicieli, smyczy i kagańca, powodując zagrożenie nie tylko dla dzikiej zwierzyny, ale również ludzi.
Sytuacja jest szczególnie niebezpieczna, gdy agresywne psy biegają po lesie, atakując zwierzęta. Straż Miejska zapowiada więcej kontroli w lasach i apeluje do mieszkańców o należyte sprawowanie nadzoru nad swoimi pupilami.
