Wielki Przejazd Rowerowy – święto rowerzystów
Miłośnicy rowerów odliczają godziny do ich święta. W najbliższy weekend już po raz 20 odbędzie się Wielki Przejazd Rowerowy.
Cykliści z całego województwa przyjadą w niedzielę na Sopockie Błonia. W tym roku po raz pierwszy pojadą trzy Peletony. Z Wejherowa, Kartuz i Tczewa. O szczegółach Piotr Szyca.
Dla rowerzystów święto, dla kierowców szykują się utrudnienia – w niedzielę 20 Wielki Przejazd Rowerowy.
Tradycyjnie już rowerzyści pojadą z Wejherowa – o 09:45 i przemieszczać się będą krajową szóstką zbierając po drodze cyklistów chcących pojechać z nimi do Sopotu – m.in. w Redzie i Gdyni. O godzinie 09:00 ruszą peletony z Tczewa i Kartuz – spotkają się w okolicach Ergo Areny, skąd w okolicy południa pojadą na sopockie błonia.
Utrudnień w ruchu można więc spodziewać się z samego rana na trasie z Kartuz przez Żukowo, w śródmieściu Gdańska oraz między Wejherowem a Redą. Z Gdyni rowerzyści wyruszą przed godziną 13:00 do Sopotu. Jak zauważa Jakub Ubych ze Stowarzyszenia In Gremio – choć przejazd może być uciążliwy dla kierowców, ma pozytywny wpływ na naukę zasad ruchu drogowego wśród najmłodszych.
W sumie na pomorskie drogi wyjedzie w niedzielę około 20 tysięcy rowerzystów. Wszystkie utrudnienia dla kierowców powinny się zakończyć jeszcze przed 15:00.
