Chcą uruchomić dotacje na wymianę nieekologicznego ogrzewania
W Wejherowie chcą uruchomić dotacje na wymianę nieekologicznych systemów grzewczych – dla właścicieli kamienic i domów jednorodzinnych. Celem jest zmniejszenie ilości szkodliwych gazów i pyłów emitowanych z przydomowych kotłowni.
Do tej pory wejherowski ratusz dokładał do 10 tysięcy złotych na wymianę instalacji, ale tylko w tych wspólnotach mieszkaniowych, w których miasto było właścicielem przynajmniej jednego lokalu. Jak przyznaje wiceprezydent Wejherowa Beata Rutkiewicz – to za mało by skutecznie walczyć z problemem zanieczyszczania powietrza.
W walce ze starymi piecami pomóc mają środki z Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku, o które aplikuje wejherowski samorząd. – Pieniądze mają trafić do wspólnot mieszkaniowych, w których miasto nie ma udziałów, kamieniczników oraz właścicieli domów jednorodzinnych. Jeżeli wniosek zostanie rozpatrzony pozytywnie, wejherowski ratusz zapowiada uruchomienie dotacji w przyszłym roku.
