GOSRiT Luzino zwycięzcą turnieju Lotos Junior Cup
Koniec dominacji Gdańszczan w Lotos Junior Cup – po puchar piłkarskiego turnieju w Gniewinie sięgnęli po raz pierwszy zawodnicy GOSRiT Luzino. Concordię Elbląg pokonali w dogrywce po regulaminowych 10 minutach gry.
– Do walki o trofeum stanęło 16 drużyn, jak widać po wynikach system zdaje egzamin – ocenia dyrektor do spraw szkolenia młodzieży Akademii, były reprezentant Polski Andrzej Juskowiak.
Zawodnicy Concordii mimo dominacji na boisku nie potrafili udokumentować swojej przewagi bramką – zdobyli tylko jedną, samobójczą, która dała zwycięstwo drużynie z Luzina. Lotos Junior Cup to wspólne, realizowane od 2012 roku przedsięwzięcie grupy Lotos i Akademii Piłkarskiej Lechii Gdańsk, które ma wyrównać sportowe szanse dzieci spoza dużych aglomeracji. W jego ramach powstało m. in. 14 ośrodków szkoleniowych dla młodych adeptów piłki nożnej na terenie województwa pomorskiego. Mówiła dyrektor do spraw marketingu Lotosu Jowita Twardowska.
