Rozbito grupę zajmującą się fikcyjnym obrotem olejem napędowym
Wyłudzali miliony, działali m. in. w Gdańsku – rozbito grupę przestępczą zajmującą się fikcyjnym obrotem olejem napędowym.
Jak informuje Komenda Wojewódzka Policji w Gdańsku w sprawie zatrzymano 7 osób, w tym kierującego grupą. Rozpracowali ich i zatrzymali policjanci z poznańskiego CBPŚ i wywiadu skarbowego poznańskiego UKS. Grupa trudniła się nielegalnym handlem olejem napędowym, w procederze brały udział osoby z Gdańska, Szczecina i województwa wielkopolskiego. Na przestrzeni niecałych dwóch lat nie odprowadzili co najmniej 12. i pół mln zł należności wobec skarbu państwa.
Policjanci oszacowali, że grupa była w stanie zaopatrywać polski rynek tygodniowo w około sto cystern oleju napędowego sprowadzanego z Niemiec.
Sześciu z zatrzymanych usłyszało zarzuty udziału w zorganizowanej grupie przestępczej, a jeden z nich kierowania tą grupą. Wszystkim zarzucono także „pranie pieniędzy”, a sześciu z nich przestępstwa karne skarbowe. Dwie osoby zostały tymczasowo aresztowane.
