W Pucku podsumowano pierwsze miesiące programu 500+
Błędy elektronicznego systemu „Empatia”, niedociągnięcia legislacyjne czy problemy w komunikacji między urzędami – to największe bolączki trapiące program 500+. Swoje zastrzeżenia pracownicy społeczni z powiatu puckiego omawiali z podsekretarzem stanu Ministerstwa Rodziny, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej Marcinem Zielenieckim.
– Powód – niestabilny i mało czytelny system Empatia – diagnozuje Alicja Wawrzyniak z Urzędu Gminy w Kosakowie.
W ciągu dwóch miesięcy w skali kraju wnioski złożyło już około 90 procent uprawnionych – ale spośród nich niecałe 20 procent skorzystało drogi elektronicznej. Zastrzeżenia legislacyjne zgłasza dyrektor Powiatowego Centrum Pomocy w Pucku Ewa Weiss-Miller. Receptą na problemy ma być zapowiedziana przez Marcina Zielenieckiego nowelizacja ustawy o pomocy państwa – rozwiązać ma m.in. niezgodne z prawem zajęcia komornicze świadczenia.
W województwie pomorskim od kwietnia złożono niemal 114 tysięcy wniosków do programu 500+, z czego nieco ponad 6 tysięcy w powiecie puckim.
