Udawał policjanta i usiłował legitymować przechodniów
Nawet osiem lat więzienia może grozić 34-latkowi, który w Lęborku udawał policjanta i usiłował legitymować przechodniów. Mężczyznę zatrzymano w sobotę w nocy.
Policję zaalarmował mieszkaniec Lęborka informując o dziwnym zachowaniu mężczyzny w Parku Chrobrego, który ubrany w zdekompletowany mundur policyjny miał zaczepiać przechodniów. Przebierańca zatrzymano w pobliskim skate parku, okazał się nim 34-letni mieszkaniec Nowego Dworu Gdańskiego. Był nietrzeźwy – badanie alkotestem wykazało prawie promil alkoholu. W takim stanie, przebrany za policjanta, niepokoił przechodniów i żądał od nich podania danych osobowych.
Miał przy sobie broń i amunicję gazową, pałkę, kajdanki oraz etui z emblematem straży granicznej. Niewykluczone, że mężczyzna usłyszy zarzuty nielegalnego posiadania broni i amunicji, publicznego używania munduru, do którego nie ma prawa oraz zakłócania porządku publicznego. Grozi mu kara pozbawienia wolności do 8 lat.
