Trzymiesięczny areszt za przemyt i posiadanie narkotyków
Na trzy miesiące do aresztu trafił 41-latek zatrzymany przez policjantów z Pucka za przemyt i posiadanie znacznej ilości narkotyków.
Akcję zatrzymania zainicjowani kryminalni z puckiej Komendy Powiatowej Policji, którzy zdobyli informację że mężczyzna ma przewozić w samochodzie narkotyki. Auto zlokalizowali pod koniec ubiegłego tygodnia działając wspólnie z pucką drogówką – w gminie Kosakowo. Zatrzymali kierowcę do kontroli. W bagażniku zatrzymanego audi znaleźli marihuanę. Następnie w mieszkaniu zajmowanym przez 41-latka zabezpieczyli jeszcze 4 krzaki konopi indyjskich, a na jego działce ogrodniczej w koszu na śmieci znaleźli paczki z suszem konopi.
Łącznie policjanci zabezpieczyli prawie kilogram marihuany, z zebranego przez śledczych materiału dowodowego wynika, że sprawca wszedł w posiadanie narkotyków przemycając je z zagranicy. 41-latek usłyszał już w prokuraturze zarzuty uprawy, posiadania oraz przemytu znacznej ilości środków odurzających. Decyzją sądu wobec mężczyzny zastosowano 3 miesięczny areszt. Grozi mu od 3 do 15 lat pozbawienia wolności. Sprawa jest rozwojowa, niewykluczone że lista zarzutów będzie dłuższa.
