Jutro pielgrzymki na Odpust Kaszubski na Kalwarii Wielewskiej
Jubileusz 100-lecia poświęcenia Kalwarii Wielewskiej świętować będą wierni w najbliższy weekend podczas Wielkiego Odpustu Kaszubskiego. Do Wiela przybędą pielgrzymki z kilkudziesięciu parafii na południowych Kaszubach – od Chojnic i Brus aż po Łubianę i Starą Kiszewę.
– Motywem budowy był kult Matki Bożej Pocieszenia – mówi dzisiejszy kustosz Kalwarii ksiądz Jan Flisikowski.
Budowę Kalwarii rozpoczął w 1915 roku ówczesny proboszcz ksiądz Józef Szydzik. Jej projekt powstał w Monachium, a realizację sfinansowano dzięki darowiznom parafian. Wielewska kalwaria to 14 kaplic i 6 kompozycji rzeźbiarskich.
Uroczystości odpustowe na Kalwarii Wielewskiej rozpoczną się jutro o godzinie 12:00 przywitaniem pielgrzymów. Po nich o godzinie 15:00 odbędzie się Droga Krzyżowa, a wieczorem zaplanowano koncert zespołu Justyna i Piotr. Główna suma odpustowa z liturgią w języku kaszubskim zostanie odprawiona w niedzielę o godzinie 10:00.
