Szukają inwestorów do zagospodarowania gminnych gruntów
Chętnych do zagospodarowania kilkudziesięciu hektarów gminnych gruntów szukają we Władysławowie. Tamtejszy samorząd chce wykorzystać wsparcie Nadmorskiego Obszaru Usługowego Norda na przyciągnięcie inwestorów.
– Samorząd we Władysławowie ma do zaoferowania inwestorom 30 hektarów gruntów na wjeździe do miasta od strony Łebcza – mówi burmistrz Władysławowa Roman Kużel.
Porozumienie wójtów, burmistrzów, starostów i prezydentów zrzesza wszystkie gminy nadmorskie na zachód od Gdyni aż do Łeby, by skuteczniej pozyskiwać środki na rozwój regionu. Liczy na wsparcie Nordy przy kosztownej promocji gminnych terenów m.in. poprzez dedykowaną stronę internetową. Podkreśla, że działanie będzie korzystne nie tylko dla samorządu, ale także dla mieszkańców gminy.
W miejscowym planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego Władysławowa pod strefę przemysłową wskazano ponad 120 hektarów gminnych gruntów.
