Międzynarodowy projekt „Ruszaj się, aby być zdrowym i szczęśliwym”
Pokazowe lekcje, warsztaty z dziećmi i ich rodzicami – Gdynia przymierza się do programu w zakresie postaw prozdrowotnych. Gdyński pomysł przygotowany z zagranicznymi partnerami jako jedyny z Polski został wybrany do realizacji z programu Unii Europejskiej Erasmus +.
Weźmie w nim udział 10 gdyńskich szkół. W każdej odbędą się dwie pokazowe lekcje, by pokazać że sport to zabawa – wyjaśniał dziś w porannej audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby dyrektor Gdyńskiego Centrum Sportu Marek Łucyk. Dlatego też adresatem programu są nie tylko dzieci i nauczyciele, ale także – a może przede wszystkim – rodzice. – Chcemy im pokazać, że mamy w mieście profesjonalne kluby sportowe, wydajemy 2 mln rocznie na szkolenie dzieci i młodzieży i że ich pociechy są w dobrych rękach – dodaje dyrektor Gdyńskiego Centrum Sportu. W programie „Ruszaj się, aby być zdrowym i szczęśliwym”. ” Gdynia jest liderem działań przygotowanych z urzędami miast i jednostkami sportowymi z Włoch, Portugalii, Rumunii, Anglii i Czech oraz Centralnym Ośrodkiem Medycyny Sportowej.
