Podejrzany o wytwarzanie dopalaczy usłyszał zarzuty
Podejrzany o wytwarzanie dopalaczy 26-latek z gminy Nowa Wieś Lęborska usłyszał zarzuty. Grozi mu do trzech lat więzienia.
26-latka zatrzymali lęborscy kryminalni wspólnie z funkcjonariuszami CBŚP w Gdańsku. Przeszukując jego mieszkanie i samochód znaleźli opakowania ze szkodliwymi dla życia i zdrowia środkami o wadze ponad dwóch kilogramów. Badania wykazały, że zawierają one związki chemiczne określane mianem „dopalaczy”. Zabezpieczono także sprzęt i półprodukty służące do ich wyrobu. Zatrzymany mężczyzna usłyszał już prokuratorskie zarzuty dotyczące wytwarzania i wprowadzania do obrotu szkodliwych dla zdrowia substancji. Zastosowano wobec niego dozór policyjny i zakaz opuszczania kraju.
