Rozpoczynają prace przy budowie nowego budynku socjalnego
W Kościerzynie rozpoczynają się prace przy budowie nowego budynku socjalnego. Ich koszt po przetargu obniżono o prawie 200 tysięcy złotych. Firma z Gdyni wykona inwestycję za 1 mln 800 tysięcy.
– Koszty udało się jeszcze nieco obniżyć – mówi burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Budynek powstanie przy ulicy Gajowej na osiedlu Wierzysko. Będą tam 24 mieszkania, głównie jedno – i dwupokojowe. Miasto pozyskało już na ten cel ponad 600 tysięcy złotych dofinansowania z Urzędu Marszałkowskiego. Dotychczas w Kościerzynie osoby o najniższych dochodach mogą korzystać z jedynego, jak dotąd, budynku socjalnego przy ulicy Chojnickiej.
