Pucki MOKSiR zaprasza panie na warsztaty z samoobrony
Kobiet walecznych – szukają w Pucku. Tamtejszy Miejski Ośrodek Kultury, Sportu i Rekreacji zaprasza panie na warsztaty z samoobrony.
Z pomysłem na uruchomienie takiego programu w puckim MOKSiR noszono się już kilka miesięcy. Jednym z czynników, który zaowocował wprowadzeniem idei w życie był napięty grafik zajęć w Ośrodku. Mówi dyrektor puckiego MOKSiR, Janusz Klimczuk. Warsztaty będą miały formę jednorazowego, kilkugodzinnego spotkania z instruktorami Krav Maga. Panie będą mogły nauczyć się jak nie dać się uderzyć, bezpiecznie uwolnić się od chwytów, udaremnić próbę gwałtu czy odpowiadać atakiem na atak. Organizatorzy przewidzieli także pracę z psychologiem, by nauczyć się rozpoznawać podbramkowe sytuacje. Jak tłumaczy Janusz Klimczuk – najlepszą formą samoobrony jest unikanie niepotrzebnych konfrontacji. Bezpłatne zajęcia przeprowadzone będą w niedzielę 17 kwietnia w godzinach 11:00-14:00 na hali sportowej puckiego MOKSiR. Panie chętne do udziału mogą zgłaszać się poprzez internetowa stronę Ośrodka.
